San Yang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.(SYSC) was founded by Mr. Mai Chin-gang in 1967, located at Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
The building ship had over 800 ships including variety fish boat, ferry, sightseeing boat, research boat, barge, tug boat, etc., to get excellent reputation of private shipyard.

Facilities of shipyard are including 10 shipways, CNC plasma cutting machine, and 50 sets of CO2 welding machines.The area of factory is around 29,000m2 including four block assembly factories and one outfitting assembly factory.We now have an organization that has become a technological innovation of ship build field.

San Yang has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificate by BV, and approval certificates of welding procedure by ABS & CR.
